Schedule 32 of the PECS contracts, provide the contractually agreed time windows in which our suppliers should adhere:

• Earliest time to enter a prison to collect prisoners for court discharge
• Any daytime closures where prisoners cannot be discharged/received
• Latest reception time
• Reception closing time

Should a prison wish to apply to amend these operating hours, they should contact their local contract delivery manager in the first instance. These times will only be amended following Head of PECS authorisation.
